When can I check in and out of the hotel?
Each Bilderberg hotel has different check-in and check-out times. An overview of our 12 wonderful hotels and the relevant times is shown below.

What does the tourist tax entail?
You will need to pay tourist tax if you are staying in a municipality in which you are not registered. This tax also applies if you are visiting a city for business purposes. As the amount of the tourist tax varies in each municipality, the rates in each hotel also vary accordingly. You can find the rate in your booking confirmation.
How can I pay for my stay?
There is no need to pay for your stay at the time of booking. It is also possible to pay upon your arrival at the hotel. You can pay for your booking using a credit card or debit card, in cash or with a Bilderberg gift card.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before checking in or after checking out?
You may leave your luggage in the luggage room of the hotel in question at any time.
Is online booking secure?
Online booking is perfectly secure. Your details are encrypted and sent over a secure connection. This is evident from the closed padlock to the left of your browser's address bar, which will show 'https://'. Your details will be treated with the greatest of care.
What makes up the total cost of my booking?
The total cost of your booking consists of your accommodation costs, service charge and tourist tax. The service charge applies to guests from the age of 12 upwards and is a standard amount of €2.20 per person per night. The tourist tax is determined by the municipality and therefore varies at each hotel.
How can I change my booking?
You can change your booking online. You will find the 'Change booking' link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. If you click on this link, you will be taken to the booking section where you can modify your booking.
I have lost my booking confirmation. What should I do?
You will receive your booking confirmation within one hour of making your booking. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the hotel in question. We will then resend your booking confirmation by email. You do not need your booking confirmation when checking in at the hotel.
Which conditions apply to my booking?
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all our agreements. These conditions are available at our offices for perusal and we will send you a copy free of charge on request. The UVH conditions are binding for everyone who uses our services.
Children at Bilderberg
I am looking for a child-friendly hotel. Which hotel would be best?
Hotel 't Speulderbos in Garderen is known as a family hotel. This hotel has extra facilities to ensure a child-friendly stay, such as family rooms with an interconnecting door, a children's buffet and a playroom.
Up to which age can children stay free of charge?
If you have booked accommodation with breakfast, you will only pay the cost of placing an extra bed or cot in the room (if required) for children up to and including the age of 11. You will also need to pay any additional costs such as dinner, drinks and tourist tax. If you have booked a package (accommodation with dinner or other extras), you will pay a reduced rate for children.
CAN I TAKE MY PET TO A BILDERBERG HOTEL?
Dogs are permitted in all the hotels, except the Bilderberg Garden Hotel and Grand Hotel Wientjes. Each hotel has its own rules regarding pets. Check those rules and associated costs on our information pages per hotel. These can be found in the table at the bottom of the page.
How can I redeem my gift card?
Bilderberg offers Gift Cards, which you can spend at all Bilderberg hotels, restaurants and Wellness Centers in Bilderberg. More information about the Bilderberg Gift Card can be found here.
I have special wishes and/or requirements for my stay, such as an allergy. How can I inform the hote
As we would like all our guests to enjoy their stay, we feel it is important to take their wishes and/or requirements into account to the greatest possible extent. We would therefore prefer to be notified of such wishes/requirements in advance. Please contact the relevant hotel for this.
I am disabled, can Bilderberg accommodate me?
You are most welcome to stay at Bilderberg. We will naturally make every effort to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. If you have any specific questions, please contact one of our hotels.
