Is online booking secure?
Online booking is perfectly secure. Your details are encrypted and sent over a secure connection. This is evident from the closed padlock to the left of your browser's address bar, which will show 'https://'. Your details will be treated with the greatest of care.
What makes up the total cost of my booking?
The total cost of your booking consists of your accommodation costs, service charge and tourist tax. The service charge applies to guests from the age of 12 upwards and is a standard amount of €2.20 per person per night. The tourist tax is determined by the municipality and therefore varies at each hotel.
How can I change my booking?
You can change your booking online. You will find the 'Change booking' link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. If you click on this link, you will be taken to the booking section where you can modify your booking.
I have lost my booking confirmation. What should I do?
You will receive your booking confirmation within one hour of making your booking. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the hotel in question. We will then resend your booking confirmation by email. You do not need your booking confirmation when checking in at the hotel.
Which conditions apply to my booking?
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all our agreements. These conditions are available at our offices for perusal and we will send you a copy free of charge on request. The UVH conditions are binding for everyone who uses our services.
