Congratulations! You are getting married. A day full of love, surrounded by the people who matter most to you. That calls for the perfect venue. A place where everything fits: the atmosphere, the feeling, and the surroundings. No matter the season in which you get married.

Bilderberg has two official wedding venues where you can say yes to each other: will you choose the characteristic Bilderberg Château Holtmühle or the fairytale-like Bilderberg Kasteel Vaalsbroek? Both locations have character, atmosphere, and everything needed to host a complete wedding day. From a ceremony in the orchard or in one of the distinctive castle rooms to a celebration in the castle hall.

What do our locations have in common? We understand that this is your day. A day you want to celebrate in a place that truly suits you. That’s why we are happy to think along with you about every step, from ceremony to celebration. Or even to breakfast, because you can also stay overnight. This way, the day doesn’t end after the last dance, but only the next morning, during a breakfast filled with stories and beautiful memories.

Château Holtmühle Medieval château in Tegelen, near Venlo

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful medieval castle located in the green landscape of Limburg, near Venlo. Arriving via the driveway and seeing the castle surrounded by a moat feels like stepping into a fairytale. Choose a ceremony outdoors on the estate, on the terrace, or indoors in the impressive castle hall, the atmospheric vaulted restaurant, or the Elisabeth von Tegelen salon with views over the moat. Or combine indoor and outdoor spaces, so it feels like multiple locations while still being in one place. Not only can you stay overnight in the bridal suite, but your guests can also stay. With 66 hotel rooms, this fairytale can quickly become exclusively yours for your wedding day.

Kasteel Vaalsbroek Historical estate with castle in South Limburg

In the southernmost part of the Netherlands lies Kasteel Vaalsbroek. This centuries-old castle, dating back to 1420, breathes history and naturally makes your wedding feel special. Say yes to each other in the garden room with beautiful views over the pond and the estate, or choose a ceremony outside in the orchard. For dinner and celebrations, you can go to the atmospheric Vaalsbroekerhof or the modern Moretti Pavilion with views over the pond. Here too, both you and your guests can stay overnight. This way, the celebration continues the next morning over breakfast, with stories of an unforgettable day.

With extensive experience in both weddings and corporate events, we have a wide network of the best suppliers. From wedding cakes to photography, and from flowers to entertainment. You can hand over as much or as little as you like. Champagne sabering at the reception? Literally stepping into a wedding boat? Or enjoying delicacies from our own patissiers? It’s all possible. Your day, your way.

Food & drinks
From refined multi-course dinners to informal street food concepts: our chefs create a culinary experience that suits you perfectly. We are also happy to accommodate dietary requirements. From beautiful wedding cakes and petits fours to the perfect champagne for your toast. Or choose a signature cocktail that tells your story. Whatever you choose, the culinary experience will be as special as your day.

Overnight stay & relaxation
You and your guests can stay overnight, so no one has to worry about the journey home. Check in the day before to start your wedding in a relaxed way, or stay an extra day to enjoy and unwind. The next morning, you’ll end your celebration with an extensive breakfast, where the best stories of the night before are shared once more. At some locations, you can even make use of wellness facilities—now that’s relaxed getting married.
