The name of the Trattoria after the famous Pellegrino Artusi also creates obligations. The kitchen brigade works every day to uphold the reputation of this eighteenth century culinary writer; the recognizable Italian cuisine without frills and with a lot of taste.
Experience the restaurant at the Hotel De Bilderberg: Julia’s Kitchen, which offers French-American cuisine with a touch of the 1950s. The menu offers the best of both worlds, with reference to the dishes of the 1950s when pure, seasonal dishes were taken for granted. The ingredients which are used therefore come from local suppliers who are passionate about their trade. In Julia’s Kitchen, you can enjoy unique dishes prepared using local ingredients, in an atmospheric setting.
You can enjoy tasty dishes at Julia's Kitchen. These dishes are pure and seasonal, which was also the case in the 1950s. During the summer months we regularly serve an extensive BBQ in which the delicious dishes from the menu of Julia’s Kitchen will be served.
"We had a wonderful evening, especially the warm welcome stood out. The food was good, we went for the chef's menu, which is also very affordable!"
"Excellent food indeed. On a Monday night we ate Italian at this restaurant, we stayed at the Bilderberg hotel. Despite the Monday evening a reasonable occupancy. Friendly, passionate hostess, open and interested in her guests. Excellent starter of different hams, portobello's, shrimps etc. Main course: rib-eye marinated and grilled in Italian herbs. Good portions and very good red wine. The atmosphere was great, the ambiance excellent. Cozy decor, no pizza states. Nicely set tables with fine glassware. And again with an experienced restaurant employee; nice to have at your table. Excellent dessert and a good cappuccino. In short: good choice."
"We were with 8 people and unexpectedly arrived on Saturday evening without a reservation (we had it at another restaurant that turned out to be closed). That was no problem. They asked for 5 minutes to set a table for 8 people, within 5 minutes we had a perfect table. Delicious food, top service, in short: a great location. Julia's Kitchen, you saved our annual night out. Thank you!"
