You may check in at Parkhotel Rotterdam from 3 p.m. each day. But don’t worry if you need to arrive earlier. If your room isn’t ready yet, we will be happy to store your luggage for you. Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, we would like to receive a notification.
You may use your room until noon on the day of departure. Wish to check out at a later time? This is possible for a fee, provided the room is available. Please contact the hotel regarding this option.
Behind our hotel, there are 40 parking spaces available. The cost for these is € 22.50 per day. These parking spaces are free based on availability and cannot be reserved in advance. If our parking lot is full, you can use the Museumpark parking garage, which is less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. (Museumpark 32, 3015 CX Rotterdam).
Parkhotel Rotterdam has three charging stations for electric vehicles.
Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam is easily accessible by public transport. From 'Rotterdam Centraal' train station, it takes ten minutes to walk to the hotel. Cross 'Stationsplein' onto 'Kruisplein' and continue walking until it turns into 'Westersingel'. After 650 metres, you will see the hotel on your right. The tram stops right in front of the hotel.
Parkhotel Rotterdam does not have a shuttle service.
It is possible to order a taxi from the hotel. You can do this at reception, or by contacting the hotel.
As a guest of Parkhotel Rotterdam, you are welcome to use our fitness facilities, which includes a treadmill, elliptical trainer, stationary cycle and weights. The fitness room is every day available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please report at the reception that you want to exercise, so that the fitness room is opened.
Parkhotel Rotterdam has a sauna as well. Please note that bathing attire is required. We have two types of saunas, namely a hot stone and an infrared sauna. The sauna is open daily on request from 04.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
Yes, children are more than welcome in Parkhotel Rotterdam. Children can check themselves in and receive a gift in the room. Learn more.
Yes, Parkhotel Rotterdam has family rooms with connecting doors. Depending on the room, it is possible to add a single crib or children’s bed. The fee for a crib is €12.50 per crib per night and a children’s bed is €25.00 per bed per night.
Children with the age 11 and under stay for free when you book an overnight stay including breakfast. In that case, you will pay only the fees for the use of an additional crib or bed. For package deals that include dinner or other extra amenities, a reduced rate will apply to children.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming your reservation. You will pay upon your arrival at the hotel (except if you book at the special Value rate, which requires a credit card deposit).
It is possible to make changes to your reservation online. At the bottom of the confirmation e-mail you received for your reservation, you will find a button marked ‘change my reservation’. Clicking this button will direct you to the booking page, where you can adjust your reservation. We are, of course, also happy to offer you individual help by e-mail or over the phone.
The total cost of your reservation consists of the costs of your stay plus a service charge and a tourist tax. The service charge applies to all guests of age 12 and older and is a standard fee of € 3.40 per person per night. The tourist tax is set by the relevant municipal authorities and will therefore differ from one hotel to the next.
Cancellation is at no charge up to 48 hours before arrival. After this time, or if you do not show up, 100 percent of the costs of the first night or the package will be charged on your credit card. This is not valid with the special Value rate.
You no longer need to compare, you will receive the best price for your stay via the Bilderberg website and you will receive a discount on Bilderberg's extensive breakfast. Moreover, you have a choice of all room types that are available at the hotel. For example, choose a deluxe hotel room, executive hotel room or garden room with balcony.
It is possible to put the invoice of your stay in the name of the company. Please mention this when making the reservation. Are you not making the reservation yourself? Then we ask you to inform us when you arrive at the hotel.
There is no loyalty programme for business guests.

In a meeting room, you will find: two flip charts, a beamer with screen and a conference box. In the conference box, we have useful items for the meeting: post-its, markers, name tags, scrap paper and more.
The meeting rooms at Parkhotel Rotterdam do not have air conditioning. However, the rooms are equipped with temperature controllers.

Dogs are welcome to stay in the standard rooms at Parkhotel Rotterdam for an added fee of € 25,00 per night. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant.
Parkhotel Rotterdam has a lift that is accessible for those with disabilities. Two of our rooms have been specifically modified for guests with disabilities.
Because we are eager to ensure a pleasant experience for every guest, we make it a priority to accommodate their wishes/requirements whenever possible. If you inform us of your wishes in advance, we can let you know what is and is not possible.
You can have breakfast in our restaurant, on weekdays from 6:30 am to 10:00 am and on weekends from 7:30 am to 11:30 am.
Restaurant The Park is open for hotelguests from Tuesday to Saturday. Enjoy lunch and in the Lobby-Bar. There is a maximum number of people here, so we ask you to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
All 194 rooms at Parkhotel Rotterdam have air conditioning.
It is possible to rent bicycles at the hotel. You can choose to rent bicycles for 3 hours, the costs are € 12,00 per bike. You can also rent a bike for the whole day, these costs are € 16,00 per bike. We also rent electric bikes. The costs for this is € 29,50 for a whole day. We recommend making a reservation in advance.

The Bilderberg Gift Card is free to spend at all Bilderberg hotels, restaurants and Wellness Centers of Bilderberg. It is not possible to pay for reservations with a credit card payment in advance using the Gift Card.
This depends on which hotel you are staying at. Parkhotel Rotterdam does not accept nationalwide gift cards for overnight stays. All national gift cards are accepted in the restaurant, such as Diner Cadeau, Restaurant Cadeau, VVV Dinercheque and VVV Cadeaukaart.
