Can I extend my gift card?
If your gift card has not yet expired, we can extend it for you free of charge. To do this, you can contact us. We ask you to include the 19-digit code on the back of the gift card right away.

It is not possible to reactivate an expired gift card. When a gift card has expired, we can send you a new gift card with the same value. You can contact us for this. For sending a new gift card, we charge €12.50 processing and administration fees.
After payment, the gift card will be delivered to your home within three working days. During busy periods, we advise you to order the gift card in time to avoid delays with the postal service.
If you need the gift card urgently, you can contact us. We will be happy to discuss how the gift card can be delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Is your gift card not arriving on time? Then you can download and print our gift voucher without obligation. This is not a legal means of payment. You can only pay with the gift card when you can present it at the stay.
Processing fees are the costs charged for, among other things, the packaging materials and the expenses for sending the gift card.
A gift card is packaged in a silver sleeve. For large orders, we can provide gift packaging. Please contact us for this.
