Enjoy tasty dishes inspired by the surrounding forest environment at our restaurant. At Bilderberg Hotel 't Speulderbos, we offer two different dining concepts: an à la carte menu or the Foodcourt (live cooking with buffet). Please note that we do not operate both concepts on the same evening. If you would like to know which restaurant concept is available during your stay, please contact us at least 1 week before your arrival date. We also cater to children. When ten or more children dine at the restaurant, a special children's buffet is available on weekends and during holiday periods.
Restaurant 't Speulderbos is closed on Sundays until June 1, except for holidays. Starting from Sunday, June 2, our restaurant will also be open for dinner on Sundays.

The dishes change with the seasons and are freshly prepared for you by our chef and his team. As well as dishes prepared à la minute, you can enjoy fresh salads and soups, simmering stews, Italian pasta dishes, fresh homemade bread and vegetarian dishes. For dessert, you can choose between various sweet desserts or put together your own cheese board from the cheese trolley.
Lunch, Food Court and Le Bistro
Enjoy a delicious lunch at Hotel ’t Speulderbos with fresh salads, homemade soup, artisan bread with tasty fillings, egg dishes or our famous Bilderburger with homemade chips. Can’t decide? Or perhaps you want to experience the ultimate lunch? Compose your own lunch by combining an artisan sandwich with a salad or soup.
At our Food Court, you can enjoy the perfect gourmet dinner. If you have any dietary requirements or questions about allergens, please let us know. We will be happy to help you make the right choice. The little ones haven’t been forgotten either: they get a special children’s buffet at weekends and during school holidays.

Enjoy tasty bistro dishes at Le Bistro. Take a seat at one of the welcoming tables inside. So, will it be the steak tartare or the classic oysters? All our main courses are served with homemade chips and a fresh salad. The kitchen closes at 9 p.m.

"We have eaten two evenings in the renewed restaurant of the Speulderbos. Both days given a different interpretation to the buffet, so you do not eat the same thing for two days. Despite the crowds on Friday and Saturday, there was a good refill and you didn't miss out on one of the tasty dishes. It is also very nice that a chef will prepare live fish and meat for you."
