You can check in at Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden from 3 p.m. Cancellations are free until 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival (excluding special rates). With a cancellation after 4 p.m. a cancellation fee of 90 percent applies. Your reservation is guaranteed until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, you must guarantee your reservation with a credit card or direct bank transfer.
Check out is at 11 a.m. Want to check out later? A late check-out is basically only possible according to availability: costs of 10 € per hour will be charged, after 6.00 p.m. the full room rate will be charged. Check-out is contactless with our fast check-out service. On the day of departure you no longer need to go to the reception. The guest will receive the invoice by e-mail on the day of departure. The room key will be thrown in the container at the exit of the hotel.
You can park in the hotel car park for €24 a day, subject to availability. The hotel has 160 parking spots. Additional parking is available in the area around the hotel. The reception will be happy to show you the locations.

Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden is easily accessible by public transport. At ‘Dresden Hauptbahnhof’, take line 9 (direction Kaditz) and after around eight minutes alight at ‘Neustädter Markt’, which is right in front of the hotel. Alternatively, take line 8 (direction Hellerau) or 3 (direction Wilder Mann) and get off at ‘Carolaplatz’. From this stop, it is about a 5 minute walk to Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden. The hotel is also easily accessible from Dresden DRS airport. At the airport, take the S-Bahn S2 to ‘Pirna’. Alight at ‘Dresden-Neustadt’. From here, walk along the main road until you get to ‘Goldener Reiter’ (about a ten-minute walk). You will be able to see the hotel when you get there.

Guests of the Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden can enjoy a heated indoor pool with the largest hotel pool in the city for € 7.50 per guest per stay. The pool has a unique view of the Elbe and access to a small relaxation area in the countryside. The pool can be used between 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Children are more than welcome at Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden. Children up to and including 3 years stay free of charge with their parents in the hotel room, including breakfast buffet. From 4 years onwards, a fee is charged for adding an (extra) bed. The cost for this is € 30-50 per bed per night. Baby cots are free of charge. From 4 years old, we charge € 14.50 per day for the Bilderberg Breakfast. The city of Dresden also offers numerous recreational and excursion opportunities for the whole family.
Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel Dresden has family rooms and larger family suites that are ideal for a family stay. The suites have 2 bedrooms with a separate living room. A number of other rooms also have the option of adding an extra bed (for a fee).
Children under 11 years stay free of charge when you book an overnight stay with breakfast. You only pay for the cost of adding an extra bed, if required. The fee for this is € 30,00 per bed, per night. Toddler beds are free of charge.

Our gastronomic facilities (the bar and the Elbsegler beer garden) are open as follows: The Elbsegler beer garden is open to hotel guests from 3 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, depending on the weather. Our Pöppelmanns Bar & Dine is open from Sunday to Thursday from 5pm to 11pm and Friday to Saturday from 12pm to 1am. In addition, our Market Place is open 24 hours a day.
