Our terms

The Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UVH) are the terms under which hospitality businesses established in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, and related businesses, provide hospitality services and enter into hospitality agreements. The UVH also applies to the services of Bilderberg.

If, during the term of offers, agreements, or price arrangements, the applicable VAT rates are increased by the government, we are required to charge the higher VAT rate. In that case, the total agreed price will be increased in accordance with the new VAT rate. This adjustment will be implemented automatically and without further notice from the date on which the revised VAT rates take effect. The price increase resulting from the VAT change does not affect the validity of offers, agreements, or price arrangements. This reservation applies regardless of the applicability of the UVH or any other agreed general terms and conditions. All other conditions remain unchanged and fully in effect.
