You may check in at Hotel De Bilderberg from 3 p.m. each day. But don’t worry if you need to arrive earlier. If your room isn’t ready yet, we will be happy to store your luggage for you. Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, we would like to receive a notification.
You may use your room until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Wish to check out at a later time? This is possible for a fee, provided the room is available. Please contact the hotel regarding this option.
Free parking is available in the car park at the hotel.
Hotel De Bilderberg has eight charging stations for electric vehicles.
From 'Arnhem Centraal' train station, take bus 352 in the direction of 'Wageningen'. Get off at the 'Wolfhezerweg' bus stop. From this stop, it takes seven minutes to walk to the hotel. If you are using a navigation system, enter ‘Bredelaan’ instead of ‘Utrechtseweg 261’.
As a guest of Hotel De Bilderberg, you are welcome to use our fitness facilities, which includes a treadmill, elliptical trainer and weights. The fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and because of the current regulations we allow a maximum of 3 people in the room.
Hotel De Bilderberg has a swimming pool, sauna and Turkish steam bath. As a guest of the hotel you can use the indoor swimming pool for free upon reservation. The swimming pool, sauna and Turkish steam bath are open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Swimwear is compulsory in the swimming pool, sauna and Turkish steam bath.
Yes, children are more than welcome in Hotel De Bilderberg. Children can check themselves in and receive a gift in the room. There is also a special children’s menu available. Learn more.
Yes, Hotel De Bilderberg has a Junior Suite where it is possible to add a maximum of 2 extra (children's) beds. In other rooms a maximum of 1 (children's) bed can generally be added (for a fee).
A special rate is charged for children. You do pay for the possible cost of adding an (extra) bed. For package deals that include dinner or other extra amenities, a reduced rate will also apply to children.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming your reservation. You will pay upon your arrival at the hotel (except if you book at the special Value rate, which requires a credit card deposit).
It is possible to make changes to your reservation online. At the bottom of the confirmation e-mail you received for your reservation, you will find a button marked ‘change my reservation’. Clicking this button will direct you to the booking page, where you can adjust your reservation. We are, of course, also happy to offer you individual help by e-mail or over the phone.
The total cost of your reservation consists of the costs of your stay plus a service charge and a tourist tax. The service charge applies to all guests of age 12 and older and is a standard fee of € 3.75 per person per night. The tourist tax is set by the relevant municipal authorities and will therefore differ from one hotel to the next.
Cancellation is at no charge until 6 p.m. before the day of arrival. After this time, or if you do not show up, 100 percent of the costs of the first night or the package will be charged on your credit card. This is not valid with the special Value rate.
You no longer need to compare, you will receive the best price for your stay via the Bilderberg website and you will receive a discount on Bilderberg's extensive breakfast. Moreover, you have a choice of all room types that are available at the hotel. For example, choose a deluxe hotel room, junior suite or bilderberg suite.
It is possible to put the invoice of your stay in the name of the company. Please mention this when making the reservation. Are you not making the reservation yourself? Then we ask you to inform us when you arrive at the hotel.
There is no loyalty programme for business guests.

In a meeting room, you will find: two flip charts, a beamer with screen and a conference box. In the conference box, we have useful items for the meeting: post-its, markers, name tags, scrap paper and more.
The meeting rooms at Hotel De Bilderberg, excluding the break-out rooms, are air-conditioned.

Dogs are welcome to stay in Hotel De Bilderberg for an added fee of € 35,00 per night. There is a maximum of two dogs per room. Dogs are welcome in our comfort rooms, but they are not permitted in the restaurants and wellness.For breakfast or dinner with your dog, you are welcome to take a seat in our lobby. We ask that you bring a crate for your dog.
Hotel De Bilderberg has a lift that is accessible for those with disabilities. Furthermore, the hotel has one disabled-friendly rooms. To book a specific room, please contact the hotel reception.
Because we are eager to ensure a pleasant experience for every guest, we make it a priority to accommodate their wishes/requirements whenever possible. If you inform us of your wishes in advance, we can let you know what is possible.
You can have breakfast in our restaurant, on weekdays from 07:00 to 10:00 and on weekends from 07:30 to 10:30. Lunch is available on weekdays and weekends from 12:00 to 16:00. For lunch, you have the choice of taking a lunch box 'to go'. The French-American restaurant Julia's Kitchen offers dinner on weekdays and weekends from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Hotel De Bilderberg has 146 rooms, of which 78 air-conditioned rooms divided between Comfortable Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Junior Suites.
It is possible to rent bicycles at the hotel. The cost for renting a city bike is € 17,50 per day and the cost for renting an E-bike is € 27,50 per day. The range of the E-bike is 50 km. Additionally, child seats and bike bags are available for rent at € 7,50 each per day. Bicycles can be picked up from 09:00 a.m. and must be returned by 09:00 p.m. We recommend making a reservation in advance through the reception or during your booking.

The Bilderberg Gift Card is free to spend at all Bilderberg hotels, restaurants and Wellness Centers of Bilderberg. It is not possible to pay for reservations with a credit card payment in advance using the Gift Card.
This depends on which hotel you are staying at. Hotel De Bilderberg does not accept any national gift cards.
