- In case of loss or theft, we do not provide a new gift card
- The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of dispatch
- If the gift card has expired by the time of arrival, the amount to be paid will be charged
- The gift card is not redeemable for cash
- Your booking is subject to availability
- A booking with the gift card is only valid when the gift card can be presented
- It is not possible to pay for reservations with the Gift Card, when a creditcard payment is required in advance
- The Gift Package cannot be used at Bellevue Hotel Dresden
