What are you going to do first when you get there? Discover the vast landscapes? Play a game? Take a dive into the pool? There’s plenty to do at Hotel 't Speulderbos! You can walk straight into the forest from the hotel, which is ideal if you want to spend hours playing, walking or cycling. You can also take a trip and spend the day at Minigolf Terra Nova, Dolfinarium or the Apenheul, for example.
Enjoy good food? So do we! Come and enjoy our extensive breakfast with fresh bread, delicious spreads and fruit juices. In the evening, we have a special children’s menu available and every weekend and in the holidays, the hotel offers a special children's buffet with delicious dishes specially for our younger guests. There’s lots of delicious food to choose from! Parents can also enjoy the delicious culinary dishes prepared in our kitchen.
Hotel 't Speulderbos has a spacious room that is ideal for families. In this room you have access to a bath or shower, toilet, hair dryer, desk, TV, radio, telephone and free wifi. In addition, the room contains a sofa bed or there is the possibility to place two extra beds.

In the area of Hotel ’t Speulderbos
The Julianatoren amusement park in Apeldoorn is a true children's paradise: it has over 60 attractions which will keep them entertained all day long. Children between the ages of 2 and 12 will love this welcoming and well-organised park.
Enjoy together with your children from a day out in the Apenheul. In the beautiful green forest you walk between the monkeys. Like the monkeys, your children can swing and climb in the park.
In the nearby Harderwijk you can find the Dolphinarium marine mammal park. One day at Dolfinarium Harderwijk will guarantee an experience full of discoveries. During a visit to Dolfinarium you will meet the dolphins, walruses, sea lions and sharks.
Extras to relax and enjoy even more
Wake up in the heart of the adventurous forests of the Hotel 't Speulderbos, which offers welcoming family rooms (2 extra beds) and spacious suites (3 extra beds).
Depending on the room, it is possible to add a maximum of two extra children's beds. Additional normal-sized beds can be placed in the larger rooms.
The Hotel 't Speulderbos offers a baby monitor service, allowing you to leave your baby monitor with the reception staff. This means you can still enjoy a relaxing drink and meal in the evening. A babysitting service is available on request.
Every weekend and in the holidays, the hotel offers a special children's buffet with delicious dishes specially for our younger guests. As a surprise, your children can even make their own ice cream!
Bicycles for children over the age of 6 can be hired for € 12.50 per day. You can also hire children's seats for € 3.95 per day, which can be fitted on adult bicycles.
The Hotel 't Speulderbos is truly a child-friendly hotel. It offers a playground, tennis & squash courts, table tennis and a special playroom. Children can go on a discovery trail around the hotel when they arrive.
