Check-in and Check-out

At what time can I check-in?

You may check in at Hotel De Keizerskroon from 4 p.m. each day. But don’t worry if you need to arrive earlier. If your room isn’t ready yet, we are happy to store your luggage for you. Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, we would like to receive a notification.

At what time do I have to check-out?

You may use your room until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Wish to check out at a later time? This is possible for a fee, provided the room is available. Please contact the hotel regarding this option.

Parking and Accessibility

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PARK MY CAR AT THE HOTEL?

There is a spacious parking lot opposite the hotel. We charge €7.50 per day. If you have any trouble walking, we can reserve a parking space nearby the entrance.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES?

Hotel De Keizerskroon has six charging stations for electric vehicles.

IS THE HOTEL EASILY ACCESSIBLE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

Hotel De Keizerskroon is easily accessible by public transport. From 'Apeldoorn' train station, take bus 10 in the direction of 'Kerschoten'. Get off at the 'Tuinmanslaan' bus stop. From this stop, it takes one minute to walk to the hotel. Head north on 'Loseweg'. After 19 metres, turn onto 'Koningsstraat'. After 86 metres, the hotel will be on your left-hand side.

Fitness and swimmingpool

Fitness

The fitness room was recently renovated and has airconditioning. As a guest of Hotel De Keizerskroon, you are welcome to use our fitness facilities, which includes a number of cardio machines. The fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. 

Swimming pool

As a guest of Hotel De Keizerskroon, you are welcome to use our indoor pool, sauna and steam cabin for free. The pool is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00. 

My reservation

How can I make a reservation?

You can reserve online quickly and easily. Prefer personal contact? Feel free to call to +31 (0)55 521 77 44 or e-mail us to keizerskroon@bilderberg.nl. You will be sent an e-mail confirming your reservation. You will pay upon your arrival at the hotel (except if you book at the special Value rate, which requires a credit card deposit).

Can I make a change to my reservation?

It is possible to make changes to your reservation online. At the bottom of the confirmation e-mail you received for your reservation, you will find a button marked ‘change my reservation’. Clicking this button will direct you to the booking page, where you can adjust your reservation. We are, of course, also happy to offer you individual help by e-mail or over the phone.

How is the price determined for my reservation?

The total cost of your reservation consists of the costs of your stay plus a service charge and a tourist tax. The service charge applies to all guests of age 12 and older and is a standard fee of € 3.40 per person per night. The tourist tax is set by the relevant municipal authorities and will therefore differ from one hotel to the next.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS?

Cancellation is at no charge until 4 p.m. before the day of arrival. After this time, or if you do not show up, 100 percent of the costs of the first night or the package will be charged on your credit card. This is not valid with the special Value rate.

What contains the best price guarantee?

You no longer need to compare, you will receive the best price for your stay via the Bilderberg website and you will receive a discount on Bilderberg's extensive breakfast. Moreover, you have a choice of all room types that are available at the hotel. For example, choose a hotel room with balcony, royal deluxe hotel room or royal suite.

Children

Is the hotel suitable for families?

Yes, children are more than welcome in Hotel De Keizerskroon. Children can check themselves in, receive a gift in the room and can follow a special scavenger hunt through the hotel. There is also a special children’s menu available. Learn more.

Are there family rooms?

Hotel De Keizerskroon has family rooms available. Included is a sofa bed, accommodating a maximum of two children. Hotel De Keizerskroon offers several connecting rooms as well. If you would like to book these rooms, please get in touch with us. Our family rooms provide the possibility to add an extra bed. Please note that there will be an additional charge.

Are there special rates for children?

Children with the age 11 and under stay for free when you book an overnight stay including breakfast. In that case, you will pay only the fees for the use of an additional crib or bed. For package deals that include dinner or other extra amenities, a reduced rate will apply to children.

Business stay

CAN MY INVOICE BE PUT IN THE NAME OF THE COMPANY?

It is possible to put the invoice of your stay in the name of the company. Please mention this when making the reservation. Are you not making the reservation yourself? Then we ask you to inform us when you arrive at the hotel.

IS THERE A LOYALTY PROGRAMME FOR BUSINESS GUESTS?

There is no loyalty programme for business guests.

How nice of you to want to organise a meeting or event! You can indicate your wishes via this page. We will then make you an offer.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PRINT OR SCAN SOMETHING?

On request, reception can always print or scan documents for you. A charge will be made for large quantities.

WHAT IS PRESENT IN A MEETING ROOM?

In a meeting room, you will find: two flip charts, a beamer with screen and a conference box. In the conference box, we have useful items for the meeting: post-its, markers, nameplates, notepaper and more.

DO THE MEETING ROOMS HAVE AN AIR CONDITIONING?

The meeting rooms at Hotel De Keizerskroon are air-conditioned.

WHICH FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE IN A HOTEL ROOM?

Can I bring my dog?

No dogs or other pets are permitted in Hotel De Keizerskroon.

Do you have disabled-friendly rooms?

Hotel De Keizerskroon is very suitable for disabled guests. The hotel has a lift and one disabled-friendly room.

ARE SPECIAL WISHES POSSIBLE?

Because we are eager to ensure a pleasant experience for every guest, we make it a priority to accommodate their wishes/requirements whenever possible. If you inform us of your wishes in advance, we can let you know what is and is not possible.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the weekends. 

What time is lunch and dinner served?

Lunch is available daily between noon and 4 p.m. Dinner guests are welcome daily from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Wines and Bites can be served daily from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

DOES THE ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?

All rooms have air conditioning and heating which guests can control in the hotel room.

Can I rent a bike?

It is possible to rent men's, women's and children's bicycles at the hotel. The costs are € 12.50 per day per bike. We recommend making a reservation in advance.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A CHARGING POINT FOR ELECTRIC BICYCLES?

Hotel De Keizerskroon has sockets in the basement, where the battery of your e-bike can be charged.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A BICYCLE SHED?

Hotel De Keizerskroon does not have a bicycle shed. It is possible to park your bicycle in the garage. The garage is open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. 

What is the balance of my Gift Card?

Check the balance of your Bilderberg Gift Card and redeem it for a delicious dinner or an overnight stay at one of our hotels. You can check the balance here.

Where can I spend my Gift Card?

The Bilderberg Gift Card is free to spend at all Bilderberg hotels, restaurants and Wellness Centers of Bilderberg. It is not possible to pay for reservations with a credit card payment in advance using the Gift Card.

Does the hotel also accept national gift cards, such as a VVV cadeaukaart?

This depends on which hotel you are staying at. Hotel De Keizerskroon does not accept nationalwide gift cards, such as a VVV cadeaukaart.
