You will need to pay tourist tax if you are staying in a municipality in which you are not registered. This tax also applies if you are visiting a city for business purposes. As the amount of the tourist tax varies in each municipality, the rates in each hotel also vary accordingly. You can find the rate in your booking confirmation.
There is no need to pay for your stay at the time of booking. It is also possible to pay upon your arrival at the hotel. You can pay for your booking using a credit card or debit card, in cash or with a Bilderberg gift card.
You may leave your luggage in the luggage room of the hotel in question at any time.
Online booking is perfectly secure. Your details are encrypted and sent over a secure connection. This is evident from the closed padlock to the left of your browser's address bar, which will show 'https://'. Your details will be treated with the greatest of care.
The total cost of your booking consists of your accommodation costs, service charge and tourist tax. The service charge applies to guests from the age of 12 upwards and is a standard amount of € 3.75 per person per night. The tourist tax is determined by the municipality and therefore varies at each hotel.
You can change your booking online. You will find the 'Change booking' link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. If you click on this link, you will be taken to the booking section where you can modify your booking.
You will receive your booking confirmation within one hour of making your booking. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the hotel in question. We will then resend your booking confirmation by email. You do not need your booking confirmation when checking in at the hotel.
Comparison is no longer necessary; through the Bilderberg website, you'll receive the best price for your hotel stay and enjoy a discount on Bilderberg's extensive breakfast. Additionally, you have the choice of all available room types in the hotel.
At all Bilderberg hotels, there is parking available either at the hotel or directly in the vicinity. At Parkhotel Rotterdam, Europa Hotel Scheveningen, Grand Hotel Wientjes, Hotel De Keizerskroon, and Garden Hotel Amsterdam, there are charges for parking and/or advance reservation is required. Please check the hotel of your choice for more information on parking facilities.
At every Bilderberg hotel, except for the Garden Hotel Amsterdam, charging stations for electric vehicles are available. At the Garden Hotel Amsterdam, municipal charging stations are located directly next to the hotel. Please contact the hotel for more information.
The hotels do not offer a shuttle service.
It is possible to order a taxi at all Bilderberg hotels. Please contact the hotel where you are staying for assistance.
All hotels except Garden Hotel, Europa Hotel Scheveningen, Parkhotel Rotterdam, and Grand Hotel Wientjes have a swimming pool. Opening hours of the pool vary by hotel. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions regarding this.

It is possible to rent a (electric) bike during your stay at a Bilderberg hotel. To ensure that there are enough bikes available, we recommend making a reservation in advance. Please contact the hotel of your choice for more information. The costs vary per hotel.
At our Bilderberg hotels, except for Parkhotel Rotterdam, Garden Hotel Amsterdam, and Château Holtmühle, we have a secure bike storage facility where you can store your bike. This storage also includes charging points for your electric bike. Please check the hotel of your choice for more information on bringing your bike.
At Bilderberg, we offer the original 5-day Bilderberg Klavertje Vier Cycling Package. With this package, you cycle from hotel to hotel across the Veluwe region over five days. Each evening, you stay in a different Bilderberg hotel and enjoy a culinary dinner and luxurious hotel facilities. We take care of luggage transport. Almost all Bilderberg hotels also rent out e-bikes. Please contact the hotel of your choice for more information. The costs vary per hotel.
Hotel 't Speulderbos in Garderen is known as a family hotel. This hotel has extra facilities to ensure a child-friendly stay, such as family rooms with an interconnecting door, a children's buffet and a playroom.
If you have booked accommodation with breakfast, you will only pay the cost of placing an extra bed or cot in the room (if required) for children up to and including the age of 11. You will also need to pay any additional costs such as dinner, drinks and tourist tax. If you have booked a package (accommodation with dinner or other extras), you will pay a reduced rate for children.
Dogs are permitted in all the hotels, except the Bilderberg Garden Hotel, Hotel De Keizerskroon and Grand Hotel Wientjes. Each hotel has its own rules regarding pets. Check those rules and associated costs on our information pages per hotel.
